New EMIR reconciliation requirements coming this April

New EMIR reconciliation requirements coming this April - KDPW TR+
In the EU EMIR regulatory changes are approaching: the second phase of reconciliation requirements will enter into force on 29 April 2026. Trade Repositories, with the agreement of ESMA and regulators, plan to implement the changes earlier, during the weekend of 25–26 April. These updates introduce additional fields to be reconciled, including four valuation fields, as well as new reconciliation statuses. KDPW_TR is fully prepared for these changes, and participants are already conducting testing to ensure readiness.

KDPW_TR provides comprehensive reporting services under EMIR and SFTR and MiFIR (as an ARM),  combining high data quality with a strong focus on client support.

The offering is continuously developed to meet regulatory and operational expectations, with data quality and reliability remaining top priorities. At the same time, KDPW_TR ensures a responsive and flexible approach to clients’ needs.
Currently, under EMIR service, for large users temporary fees reductions are being introduced, creating an opportunity to optimize reporting costs.

New participants can also benefit from a promotional offer, including reporting and participation free of charge for the first 3 months between April and September 2026.

This is a good time to take a closer look at KDPW_TR.
